Any age or gender...proven by the very old with good skin. Take a shower. While still wet, apply vasaline or generic petroleum jelly to wet skin. Towl dry/pat dry. Put on old clothes or sweats. Try a pure vitmain c serum, such as Obagi Professional C-Serum. You can buy it on line if you google it. I would start with the 10% solution which you can use all over your face and neck, including the eye area.
