Is night cream bad for the skin?

I read on Dr.Hauschika web site that it is not desirable to put night cream on ur face cz at night skin restores itself ,night cream interferes with this process and skin gets more drier and can't restore itself naturally.Do you think it's true?Who followes this rule share ur experience pls.Is night cream bad for the skin?
I only use natural moisturizers


I use olive oil...which is good for circulation and a great hydrator...I apply a small amount and message it well in the skin so it doesn't stain my sheets...





Many night creams have chemicals...so what that doctor says it' may be possible.Is night cream bad for the skin?
I don't think so that using night cream is harmful for your skin. There are plenty of creams which is used only in nights. Use natural creams for your skin to apply in night.

i think u can use it if its mild. i use a mild neutrogena moisturiser, but not religiously, which means i clean my face every night but sometimes forget to use this face cream, so i sleep most times with just a clean face and no cream at all.
