Some people just naturally have a high metabolism.
I have a friend who's about 6'1'; and skinny as a rail; he eats WAY more than most people I know and doesn't gain any weight.Iam a soccer player and i eat whatver i want like chocolate and ice cream at night and i drink to but somehow?
it's just ok for you to eat but not too much of that.....you must avoid drinking as much as possible coz it can affect your performance as a soccer palyer...eat healthy and fresh foods....cheers

Night Cream appropriate for 14 year old?
I have really dry and sensitive skin...and I heard that wearing night cream helps out a lot. I also have a little bit of acne, but not that much.
What are some night creams that are effective for very dry and sensitive skin, and are below $20?Night Cream appropriate for 14 year old?
advanced night repair from estee lauder does wonders to your skin. makes it soft and smooth, you can feel it the next morning..you can purchase it from your local macys estee lauder counter, hope i helped! I've been dealing with this problem for the past 3yrs and this has helped me a lot =] !Night Cream appropriate for 14 year old?
hi, you don't want to go out and spend stupids amounts of money, my boyfriend suffers from severe spots, he has for years, and for years the doctors have been trying to find something to take them away, nut failed, i however told him to ...... rub aqueous cream on his face, then wipe it of with tissue(to cleanse) then rub sudocreme on your face, ont rub it in completely, i Absolutely guarantee you will have no spots left, in 3 days, please please try it, i know its nappy ream, but it works, and dont use he cheap version, also, oily skin, needs to be cleansed often
this is the best cream I have used for sry skin, it's called Miracle Lotion. It really works %26amp; moisturized the skin well. It doesn't just sit on the skin but gets absorbed into the skin %26amp; makes the skin soft %26amp; smooth.
It is made of natural ingredients %26amp; contains no parabens (thus v. good for sensitive skin). it contains 7 natural oils %26amp; 14 herbs (such as sweet almond oil, olive oil which is very good for the skin, wheatgerm oil etc).
It's meant for dry skin conditions but I have normal skin %26amp; use it also; whic works really well.
It is also very good value as it comes in a big bottle which lasts ages %26amp; I find I only need to use a small amount %26amp; it does the job.

http://www.suzannes.com/sevwonlot8oz.htm鈥?/a>
http://www.amazon.com/Seven-Wonders-Mira鈥?/a>
( I buy it in the UK on a site that offers free P%26amp;P but if I donot where in US they offer free P%26amp;P, you might have to google it to find one (type in seven wonders miracle lotion
PS. you are too young to need to night cream, just a good moisturizer would be sufficient!
What i'd do is go into somewhere like the body shop, well thats what we have over here in the U.K and if you go in and ask for a night cream, you are given some little sample packets which last for up to 3 months and then unfortunately you have to pay and around... roughly 拢10 which i think is about your budget in U.S currency but if it works, it is worth the money, right?
Here are some ideas that you can find at any drugstore:
Neutrogena Light Night Cream
http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a鈥?/a>
Phisoderm Extra Rich Nighttime Moisturizer
http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a鈥?/a>
Olay Complete Night Fortifying Cream
http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a鈥?/a>
Biore SkinPreservation Hard Day's Night Overnight moisturizer
http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a鈥?/a>
Night cream is thicker and more moisturizing so it probably will help your skin a lot. Look for products that are oil free. You can also look for a moisturizing day cream/lotion, just get it without any SPF.
Btw, one trick that I've heard (and tried a couple of times) is at night to take a small amount of Vaseline and rub it into your face until it is all absorbed (might take a few minutes). It should really give your face a moisture boost. I wouldn't do it more than once a week though as it might cause you to break out. I know people are going to say Vaseline is evil and all that, but it's really not and it does really help the skin heal and stay moisturized.
Make sure you are using a skin care routine for dry skin. Start with a milky, creamy cleanser to add moisture and I would recommend to skip toner unless your skin gets really oily. Also a couple of times a week use a hydrating mask. I really like got2b's in your face Mo Moisture Gel Masque as well as their in your face All Mixed Up Mash Masque
http://www.amazon.com/Got2B-Your-Face-Mo鈥?/a>
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0013NFXEQ/ref=鈥?/a>
I alternate between these two when my skin gets super dry and out of control.
i just bought some cucumber body butter for mine and it worked great...smells good to lol

Umm dont know just ask your local beauty store they have a general idea.

Does night cream help with acne?
I would also like to know if putting baby powder after night cream is advisable.-ps my face is oily.Does night cream help with acne?
I do not recommend night cream. It made my acne worse. I have oily skin too.
What has been working with me is only moisturizing once a day and using Cetaphil (mild face cleanser).
I wash my face twice a day.
I use Juicy blemish control and reducing redness serum.
I use DDF photo age sunscreen.
Sephora has a wide selection of products. Marie Claire had a great article on skin care a few months ago. It might have been a year ago or more now that I'm thinking.Does night cream help with acne?
No night creme doesnt usually help with acne. You need to get a good acne clenser to use morning and night for that. I wouldnt reccomend baby powder eaiher, it'll probably clog your pores. they have special products for people with oily skin

Why do I crave ice cream EVERY single night?
I am not pregnant. I crave ice cream every single night. Does anyone know why? I am scared I will gain a boat load of weight doing this. Plus, I really want to know whats up with me.Why do I crave ice cream EVERY single night?
I really don 't know the answer, but I have a theory about cravings..
people tend to crave foods that contain something that they are missing in their diets. Ice cream may be a way of your body telling you that you don't have enough calcium in your diet.
I have issues with burned popcorn (I crave it) and when I asked my doctor about it, he gave me the above advice as well. (burned popcorn/charcoal helps with digestive issues and I only crave it when I have had alot of heartburn in recent days)...
Just a theory...probably wrong~~~Why do I crave ice cream EVERY single night?
I am SOOOO happy to hear someone else has the burnt popcorn craving!
everyone thinks im such a weirdo cuz I love it! Report Abuse
mee too! i need to know the answer as well!!!
If you are not getting enough sleep at night, you will crave sweets. Also the older you get the more you crave sweets.
You may have low-blood sugar. . or you drink bad sugars with a high glycemic index which make you sugar levels crash causing you to crave lots of sugar. Try eating foods like this in the evening they have a low glycemic index
Peanuts, cherries, grapefruit, milk, fettuccine pasta, yogurt, pears, apples, unsweetened apple juice
dont eat it instead eat fruit salad and this is happening b/c everyone craves chocolate each night just like u crave ice cream each night.
did this craving start recently? or have you been craving it for a lonnngg time...Are you eating enough protein and eating balanced cause you could be lacking in some minerals.....
Ice cream is a comfort food and that can be addicting. I love ice cream, too. How about low-fat yogurt with fresh fruit instead? Good luck!
they might have healthier versions of ice cream at whole foods. its a craving. i crave it every day too. you just have to fight it or find a healthier version to it. and if you eat it earlier in the day you wont crave it as much at night.

Does anyone know of a decent night cream?
i use clinique stuff and i get on with it but its becoming unaffordable since ive got my own place. i was wondering if there was a good really moisterising night cream for acne/combination skin?i dont like it too greasy and i dont want it to make me break out. ooh and it needs to be quite cheap lol any ideas guys? thanks :)Does anyone know of a decent night cream?
body shop vit e night cream is really good..try itDoes anyone know of a decent night cream?
i was just about to say
clinique - and i have acne
and combination skin, too.
the only other moisturizer
i've tried is the body shop
tea tree oil mattifying moisturizer.
it's not a night cream, but it works
pretty well and keeps my greaseball
forehead less shiny. the only thing is
it moisturizes for a long time but doesn't
stay matte for long.
but if you just use oil-blotting sheets you'll
be fine. the moisturizer was i think $10 but
last time i went they had a deal on the tea
tree oil line there!
:)
over night moisturiser and wake up to more luminous glowing skin.
johnsons baby moisurising cream is good and its not greasy
try avon, they have some great stuff and good offers too
olay ahs a great gel one, which is fab 4 oily skin!

I forgot my cream cheese out last night, is it still good?
Ina Garten on the Foodnetwork show Barefoot Contessa always does that....if she does it, it's probably ok that you did it. She does that with butter, also.I forgot my cream cheese out last night, is it still good?
Yes. If I'm going to be making something with cream cheese I always set it out the night before for it to soften.I forgot my cream cheese out last night, is it still good?
Yes. Its a soft cheese, you are fine, just dont make a habit of it ;)
Should be unless the temperature in your residence is generally way above 70 degrees at night.
I wouldn't think so. I know some things can be left unrefrigerated (real butter, natural cheese, etc) but cream cheese is a highly processed product. I know I'd through it away and waste the $1.29 it cost rather than risk getting sick.
no... you should give me all the cheese in the world for safe keeping!!
Yes. It should be fine. I've done that every now and then :-)
WTF?

Has anyone used this product ';Jamieson Retinol Renewal Night Cream'; ?
a friend of mine was told to use a retinol a cream by her doctor, so am looking out for a good cream to diminish spots.Has anyone used this product ';Jamieson Retinol Renewal Night Cream'; ?
One of the most common ways of treating acne is the use of retinoids. Retinoids are substances derived from Vitamin A, which attempt to cure acne by normalizing the lifecycle of follicle cells. There are two types of such substances, based on application: external (topical) and oral. The best known external retinoids are Retin-A, Differin and Tazorac, while the oral retinoids list is headed by the popular Accutane.
However, about one quarter of the patients who used Accutane or other drugs based on isotretinoin may relapse and require additional treatment.
But the biggest drawback of retinoids is the long list of side effects, which sometimes makes retinoids look like a disease rather than a cure.
The most common side effects are dry skin and nosebleeds. Many patients have also reported liver problems, while a few complained of depression. However, the scientific community is still split on the issue of depression. More seriously, isotretinoin is known to cause birth defects, which is why female patients have to use two separate forms of birth control or vow abstinence during the treatment. Pregnant women are not allowed to use anything but the mildest treatments.
The bottom line is that retinoids are a good idea if one can cope with the side effects. This begs the question: why not use something just as effective, but without the side effects. Acne treatment systems, such as ClearPores: http://www.clearpores.com/clicks/clickth鈥?/a> are also popular because of their success in dealing with the condition, but lack the extreme side that makes retinoids a pain to use. The choice between these treatments is yours.

Does my skin really know if i give it night cream in the day?i feel i am doing well protecting it more.?
is this a waist?what gives?thanks!Does my skin really know if i give it night cream in the day?i feel i am doing well protecting it more.?
night creams are too nourishing on the skin and should n;t be worn in the day is can cause conjestion in the skin causeing pustules and blachheads .only use it every second day and get a sperate moisturiser for the day . with sfp and also apply sunscrean under neath. i'm very paranoid about premature ageing and suncreeen it your best protector . i wear it evryday and re alpply every 3 hours .Does my skin really know if i give it night cream in the day?i feel i am doing well protecting it more.?
I've heard that night creams are very good for restoring the skin at night because when one is sleeping the body is repairing itself (so to speak) I don't wear a night time cream just a day time but I was thinking about wearing a night time cream because I've heard it's meant to be good. Having said that I watched a documentary about skin creams and if it doesn't contains SPF in it then it really won't work. I'm not sure what to believe anymore.

Most night creams don't have sun protection so not good for day wear unless you use a separtate sunscreen. I find they are also a bit too shiney for the daytime.
Night creams have no sun protection - so wearing it in the day is doing your skin damage...as no UVA/UVB protection...this will age you quicker!facial moisturizer

Do you think using diaper rash cream every night before bed regardless of whether your baby has a rash?
is okay to do to prevent a diaper rash?Do you think using diaper rash cream every night before bed regardless of whether your baby has a rash?
my husband and I are alittle too cautious about diaper rash- we put the cream on at EVERY diaper change
honestly, I think what we do is overkill however our son seems to enjoy the feeling of having the cream rubbed on his tushy, so we continue to do it everytime just to see him smileDo you think using diaper rash cream every night before bed regardless of whether your baby has a rash?
it's unneeded; unless there is a rash developing, it's probably better to not use it as it is a barrier cream, and it keeps moisture in or out which is how it works for a rash; if your baby's bum is the least bit moist, the cream will keep the moisture next to the baby's skin and you don't want that.....
I think I've used diaper rash cream about 5 times total for my now four year old.
For my youngest I've only used it once or twice.
I don't know what I'm doing different that keeps my kids from having rashes. But they don't get them often enough to use diaper rash ointment.
My kids very rarely got a diaper rash, so I don't have much experience with diaper rash creams. I don't think it would hurt to put it on every night, but I would be curious as to what would happen if she did develop a rash. Would the cream still work?
I USED DIA[ER RASH OINTMENT(BALMEX) ON MY DOUGHTER EVERYDAY AND SHE IS NOW 16 MTHS OLD 2 TIMES A DAY AT 11 OR 12 CHANGE THEN WHEN GOING TO BED AND SHE HAS ONLY HAD 1 DIAPER RASH AND THAT WAS DUE TO A STRONG ANTIBIOTIC SHE WAS PUT ON THAT SHE WS ALLERGIC TO (AMOXICILLIAN) AND SHE IS FINE.
I do every night regardless, but during the day no. Not unless he has a rash.
At night I think my son likes it I give him his bath and put some cream on with his diaper. My son has only really had one rash and thats when he had bad poopies for 2 days.
It wont hurt but a cheaper thing to do is use vaseline and powder (they say not to use powder now but just make sure it doesn't get near your baby's face and he/she can't breathe it in). I use powder on my son every night.
i think so, i do that every night and has helped alot!! especially since they are more likely to have a soaked diaper for a few hours.
At the advisement of my pediatrician, I have never used diaper rash cream to prevent a diaper rash. My baby is 6-months old now and has never had a diaper rash...knock on wood!
My son has been home with me for 9 days, and the nurses in the NICU strongly recommended putting the ointment on after every diaper change in order to help prevent rashes.
It's fine if that is what you want to do. I did that here and there with my daughter because she was very prone to diaper rash.
what are u going to do if the baby gets a rash if u put it on every day now. i would if one is starting but if not let it go
Yes, especially when they are sleeping through the night.
I do that all the time. My daughter has VERY sensitive skin and I have to try my best at prevention.

Hey girls what does a day cream do to the skin and a night cream exactly?
these answers are usual. Not every cream is created equal.
day cream: involves SPF and protection from oxidants that can dull and age the face. Hydrates face for smoother movement and less premature wrinkles.
night cream: at night your skin rejuvanates and creates more cells, making it the best time to treat. Deep hydrants, repair molecules, and sometimes anti-wrinkle treatments can go deep into the skin.
I personally like Aveeno positively ageless or neutrogena anti oxidant lotions.Hey girls what does a day cream do to the skin and a night cream exactly?

My cat has diarrhea. Probably because he ate too much ice cream last night?
What should i do?My cat has diarrhea. Probably because he ate too much ice cream last night?
Watch his fluid intakes. Is he still eating? Try to get him to eat a good, high quality wet food (like Wellness). This will assist will getting him rehydrated. Also make sure there is plenty of water for him, and if he likes to drink running water out of the tap, give him plenty of that too. The important point is that an animal with diarrhea loses water very fast, so you need to replenish it. If he isn't better in a day or so, contact your vet. Do not give him any ';people medicine'; whatever you do.My cat has diarrhea. Probably because he ate too much ice cream last night?
Is that pic of your kitty? Sooo cute...what's his name? Maybe you gotta stay home tonight and look after him. He needs cat greens. But he probably be ok in a day. Too much ice cream not good for anyone.
You gotta be a better Mommy.
Don't ever give dairy products to cats. Ask your vet about it, don't take my word.
Edit: You're not a bad mommy. Culture everywhere has been perpetuating the idea that cats should drink milk, time out of mind.
Naughty Megan...stop sharing your ice cream with him.
Although he will need a little bit after he has his operation to make him feel better.
Give him some dry cat food to eat.
You deserve a good spanking on your bare bottom.
Tonite !!!
No wet food... Try dry food even when he doesn't like it as much...
He 'll eat it eventualy
Also give him some green gras... Green plants clean their tummies
Megan! Clean up the mess please darling.
don't feel your cat ice cream,
it's really bad for it.
Would you like to see my willy?

I am using merlot night cream fro anti- wrinkle. If I stop using the cream will my wrinkles come back? ?
Yes. All anti wrinkle creams nee to be used continuously. They rely on plumping up the skin so it fills out the wrinkles. No cream, no pumping - wrinkles. Even the superduper ones that have some effect on the underlying structure of the skin still rely a lot on plumping up.facial moisturizer
What's the best anti-aging facial night cream for combination skin?
i'm 32, i don't have wrinkles yet but like all women my age, i'm starting to worry. i dont wanna just buy any popular or expensive brand because my skin is a little sensitive, and has dry %26amp; oily areas. What's the best anti-aging facial night cream for combination skin?
Origins. They have several products that would work great for your skin type. All of their products are made with all natural ingredients, so no harsh chemicals and/or anything that will clog your pores. There is the Youthtopia lotion that has the rodiola plant in it, if you do have some fine lines that you are working on it. They carry the Dr. Weil line; he FOCUSES on the ';fire within';, building a strong foundation for perfect skin. He surrounds his products geared for sensitive skin and helps with the prevention of ';fine lines and wrinkles';. It's a bit on the pricey side, but they do have a guarantee. If you aren't getting the results you like, bring it back, they'll find something that works for your skintype. If you want to try something else, they have MANY things to help your skin. A Perfect World skin guardian, which goes on under your moisturizer. It creates a ';bubble'; of sorts to protect your skin from the hazardous toxins in the air (the things that cause people to prematuraly age), g'luck with that!
PS. Go to an Origins in your area, if you have one.. and if you don't really want to spend the money first, they can give you samples of anything you want to ';try before you buy';. Just another helpful hint. =)

I'm 33 and have been moisturizing daily and nightly since I was 17 (at the request of my dermatologist!)
Just cleanse daily and nightly and always finish with a moisturizer, SPF protection is VITAL! 90% of the signs of aging are from exposure to the SUN!
If you change products, always give them a week or two to start working and for your skin to adjust.
I like Olay products, they all have SPF protection.
I also sell Arbonne products, which are pH balanced for all skin types and have SPF protection as well. eail me if you want to know more about Arbonne, or give Olay a try.
I swear by StriVectin, but there are so many products on the market. It is a little expensive but I think it is well worth the cost. It also goes a really long way. I found this site, there is a coupon for $43
Strivectin if you can afford it!!!! Bellaplex or Freeze is good but expensive too. But you get what you pay for! If you want something guaranteed or money back that works!

Nu Skin has a system for women of every age. Their products are all natural and work very well for sensitive skin. They also have a product that will help prevent and clear up existing breakouts and will not dry your skin out at all. It is very effective on blackheads, red skin, and there aren鈥檛 any shiny effects.
It's awesome! I am on hormone pills, so my skin changes all the time and I still never have a problem. It has been working really well for me. Check out this page, there is a ton of stuff for all kinds of ailments.
I have always used ';Oil of Olay'; products because they are not so greasy. My best friend does also. I am 54 and she is 48. We are both told we look 10 years younger than we are.
But the best anti aging product of all is sun block. Get a ';spray'; commercial tan and use the sun block. Also, little alcohol and no smoking.

Can eating ice cream at night before bed cause one to have strange dreams?
Ha ha! Interesting Question!
Specifically Ice Cream, no, but on the other hand, going to bed after taking on too much food makes the digestive system to work on a stressfull situation, you see, the digestive system needs the body to be in activity in order to work well.
Also, Ice Cream, as it has a fairly high quantity of saturated fat from the whole milk used in making it causes the digestive system to work harder than normal.
So, it is possible that you go to bed on stressful conditions for your body! Can eating ice cream at night before bed cause one to have strange dreams?
yesCan eating ice cream at night before bed cause one to have strange dreams?
I am sure it can
depends on what you use for sprinkles.
some foods can, like meats because they have hormones in them, but ice cream doesn't so no.
No
you want to see what strange dreams are...slap on a nicatrol patch and fall asleep....you will never think your dreams are strange again!
Can strange dreams cause you to eat ice cream before going to bed.
Dreams are a result of sub-consciousness.A person sees dreams only when some situation or instance resides somewhere deep inside the mind.So icecreams have nothing to do with strange dreams.

I want to buy a good night cream...?
What's the best one out there? I hear it's good to use a night cream because the best repair is done while you sleep. Does anyone have any useful suggestions? Price range %26amp; where it can be purchased, too!I want to buy a good night cream...?
Go to www.Skintight.com they have some Vitamin and Fruit Enriched products i belive the jar was about $7 two months ago. they also have Shaving ProductsI want to buy a good night cream...?
Dove has a long line of products and so does neutrogena. Oil of olay has an aging cream. These are expensive but they work.
Check the internet and labels to see, because some products have botox included into them.

Do you think I should skip my night cream?
I am 22 and wear a sunblock during peak sunny hours. Is it OK for me to skip a night cream?
I use an anti-bacterial soap on my combination skin, and I like the matte look it gives me. Even my pimples have reduced due to the soap. I wear an under-eye gel on most nights, anyway, too. So, what do you think...........can I afford to forget the night creams for a while?
I mean, won't the night cream give no chance for my skin to breathe? During the day I wear sunblock, and then at night.........a night cream?Do you think I should skip my night cream?
if you're not seeing any affects of wearing night cream (ie: breakouts, puffiness in the morning..) I'd say go with the night cream - it's not harming you and you're skin 'breathing'?? hmmmm well - if you feel strongly why don't you go on a week off a week -or every other day.... Personally, (I'm early 40's) I WISHED I had a better skin regime when I was your age, like you're doing ... your skin will thank you when you're older!Do you think I should skip my night cream?
forget them if you think they're not helping you.........
I definitely think you can skip the night cream for a while considering your current regimine
In your early 20's you do not need to apply night cream. I started using night cream in my late 20's. Your skin looses moisture as you age, so it's ok to skip the night cream for now. But later on in years you should always moisturize your skin at night!!
why do you use the night cream? if it is for moisturising, you DEFINITELY need it bec after using the sun block, your skin needs water, moist so you need it.
at 22, never use anything related with wrinkles, ok?
the night cream gives your skin moisture. In your 20's you are not going to notice a big difference if you give it up, but in your 30's your going to wish you had been using it. By the time the wrinkles and dry skin start showing up, its too late to do anything about it. Using a nightime moisturizer also helps control acne breakouts. Since your body sees your skin as being healthy, it doesn't up the oil production like it does if you don't use the moisturizer. Your skin will absorb the moisturizer, so you don't need to worry about your skin not breathing.
you're in you 20's do what you want
Ok first of all i suppose you could skip a night cream, but you will miss that refresh feeling. Ya go on get the night cream, see how it goes i mean its not a life or death question you can easily change back after its gone :):)
yes yes u can skip the night cream
Sure it's ok to skip the night cream. Just don't ever, ever, ever skip the sunblock! Actually, is you're faithful to protecting your skin with sun block you may not need a night cream until you are well into your 40's. I am light-skinned and forced to use sunblock out of necessity all my life. I'm 42 now and just beginning to notice the need for additional moisturizing when it's dry outside. good luck.
NO!!Your skin needs protection while you sleep too. I am a BeautiControl Consultant %26amp; you should try our products. You are only 22yrs %26amp; trust me, right now it will help you look your best at 30, 40, %26amp; 50!!You should use a cleanser not soap. Soap is made up of wax, you are putting wax on your face. This cloggs up your pores and then your skin can't breathe. Try using a cleanser!

Is the Lancome product Primordiale a good night cream?
I am not a fan of the over-priced department store skin treatment lines as I have never found one I really liked and have tried many. I was just reading about a product called Caracol Cream that the American Anti-Aging Association just rated. They gave it a very high rating. http://www.americanantiagingassociation.鈥?/a>
Also, you could try Strivectin. I have heard great things from friends about that. They sell it online and at Nordstrom. I also know someone who has always just used Vaseline and has amazing skin.

What is the best night antiaging cream for someone over 30?
I used to sell skincare products at a very high end cosmetics counter. Of all the brands I was exposed to, in my experience the one that acheived the most dramatic anti ageing results was Natura Bisse. What is the best night antiaging cream for someone over 30?

Try Creme De la mer. It's the best! A lot cheaper if you but it on eBay.
There are lots of products out there that are all very good. I like the SkinMedica products. My skin is very sensitive and this worked well for me. I started with their sample package.
Garnier Night cream or Loreal will be the best one I think

What is a good night cream or serum??
I would preferrably like one which will combat early signs of aging ( i am only 25 but those pesky wrinkles will turn up sooner or later!!) and revitalise my skin - sort of a rejuvenating serum or something....i have heard that Estee Lauder Night Repair Serum is pretty good but its also very 拢拢拢拢拢拢拢! So....come one guys - whats good, why is it good, where you get it cheap (lol) and why you love it so much?!!?!!What is a good night cream or serum??
estee lauder night repair is great and definately worth the money. clarins moisture quenching cream is also great but that is quite expensive too (its around 拢45). the old saying you get what you pay for really does apply here though. if you want something that really works youll have to pay that bit extra.
hope this helps

Im 25 should i start using anti-wrinkle night cream?
i don't look old, don't drink, don't party and don't smoke but will using anti-wrinkle night cream help be a preventative.Im 25 should i start using anti-wrinkle night cream?
You do not need anti-wrinkle night cream yet. You could use a night cream, they are extra moisturizing and leave your skin nice in the morning. I just started to use an anti-wrinkle night cream at 41. I did not have wrinkles yet but I was approaching the age for them. If your own mother looks younger for her age you probably will too. Just drink lots of water, get your rest and make sure you use sun protection on your face every day!
love momIm 25 should i start using anti-wrinkle night cream?
An anti-wrinkle cream will reduce wrinkle, depending upon the usage time and above all the active ingredients in the wrinkle cream.

Use a special type of wrinkle cream for age 25+. Do not go for powerful anti-age creams!! It is important to use products designed for your age. Too much cream is not good either. Use it only before sleeping and stop to this product, don't feel tempted to try just anything comes new on the market if you apply them chaotically you won't see good effects..at all. Be careful cause you are dealing with your face so it's important to be gentle with it, too much chemicals don't do good to skin.
I've got to tell you, I wish I had used SOMETHING! When I was your age, I never thought to use anything, I was always like, well, I have no wrinkles, why bother? I am going to be 35 in two weeks. I looked in a mirror the other day, a close up mirror, and holy cow! I have lines EVERYWHERE! I can't believe how fast that snuck up on me. Now, it's probably too late. I should have started a good skin care regimen long ago, but I've battle acne all my life and that's all I ever concentrated on. I don't believe anything actually removes wrinkles, just makes them LOOK removed. Temporarily. Good luck and stay out of the sun, NO tanning!
Simply put:
You don't use anything that has any specific purposes if you don't have the specific problem.
To prevent wrinkles: No foundation or concealer or that crap. Only makeup on the eyes and lips is ok.
Use lotion every night
Don't stress out.
yes...the earlier you start the better. but all you probably need is a good facial moisturizer with spf...preferably 15 +
No, I't won't work anyways, so why use it?

What is a good night cream?
I just want some kind of moisturizing night cream for my face that prevents wrinkles even though I am 24. Just something that will tighten the skin and make it look glowy during the day. Something that I can put on every night for a really long time, that wont have any bad side effects. Any recommendations? I have combination skin and i dont have any acne or anything like that. What is a good night cream?
Giuliana,
I recommend what I use: Preve extreme anti aging. It has the highest concentration of the best known moisturizer, hyaluronic acid. Plus they list all of the over 5 active ingredients for wrinkles and fine lines. This has worked so well for me that I got another bottle for my mother, has very dry hands, and forehead wrinkles. After a month my mother has normal hands now, and her forehead wrinkles have diminished greatly.

It depends on your budget. The lower price that you can get OLAY (Total Effects Night Firming Cream). The higher price is from Perricone(Evening facial Emollient with NTP complex and Retinol) , this makes the skin tone even out, the face looks fresh and youthful after u use it, but the smell is unpleasant.

Is it okay to use nivea night cream during the day?
It's probably fine. Usually night creams are just thicker and more inconvenient to use during the day, but if your skin is really dry, it will certainly do the trick! Is it okay to use nivea night cream during the day?
It won't kill you or anything, but night creams tend to be richer and more emollient, so they are often too greasy for under make up. Also, some creams or treatments are more optimally absorbed while you are asleep and skin is regenerating. But if it doesn't fit into your night routine and you don't mind how thick it is, go ahead and where it whenever you like.Is it okay to use nivea night cream during the day?
They obviously didn't make it for the day if it is night cream...
But read the box or container it comes in and see what it says...

IF I get a facial once a month and apply oil of olay wrinkle cream every night, will my face stay young lookin
Im 25, i want to prevent looking older, is this a good idea%26gt;? Have you tried it?IF I get a facial once a month and apply oil of olay wrinkle cream every night, will my face stay young lookin
I like to use vitamin E oil on my face at night. I started about a month ago, and my skin glows now! Of course all of the other things, sunscreen, plenty of water, good diet, etc...IF I get a facial once a month and apply oil of olay wrinkle cream every night, will my face stay young lookin
facials are great for the skin they open up pores and slugh off dead skin cells and make your skin look rejuvinated as far as oil of olay be careful alot of those products have chemicals that could make you break out or clog pores I personally don't like those products depending on your budget and skin type I would go and speak with a beauty consultant at your local department store and if that is not in your budget stick with Neutrogena And study up Girl Read Lables compare It is all very overwhelming but in I know this cuz I love skin care and cosmetics and I used to work for Lancome USA Good Luck
drink lots of water, take vitamins, and don't drink or smoke...
It starts from the inside, unless you get a facelift...
Staying young looking is so much more than cream. it's about living a health lifestyle... Eating proper foods, exercising, staying out of the sun. I think those things contribute more towards smooth skin than creams.
i sure it would do good but it might look bad in the end

All I had to do was answer a few auestions, They are a well known national name brand for facial and skin care, everyone knows Oil of Olay.
And I am telling you this Oil of Olay Regenerist works and it made a believer out of me.

If you can get your hands on it get Artistry's Time Defiance lotion. Their stuff is the BEST!!!! My skin has never ever looked or felt so good in my life. I use the whole system. Most people won't pay the money for the whole thing but they don't know what they are missing cuz there is nothing better out there I don't care what anyone says. I buy it off my friend so I couldn't tell you where to get it but if you can find the website I say go for it. No drug store stuff will touch it.
Mary Kay's TimeWise line is fantastic. The Miracle Set includes cleanser, moisturizer, and day and night solution. All of the products work together and have an anti-aging formula. The day solution contains sunscreen and the night solution helps the skin repair itself as you sleep. TimeWise can be used by both women and men.
Mary Kay is also launching a specific men's skincare line in May but I am not sure what the products will be.

Arbonne has an anti-aging line specifically formulated for men. We all know that men's skin has different needs from women's and Arbonne has taken that into consideration. They formulate their products withOUT harmful ingredients such as alcohol, wax, dyes, chemicals, fragrances, acetone, and mineral oil. Those that contain mineral oil sit on the top layer of your skin like saran wrap and get wiped off over time. These have little to no long term benefit but rather a temporary feeling of softness. Arbonne also formulates their products with nanosphere technology which means that the skin care adjusts to your specific needs. The NutriMenC Re9 consists of the 9 KEY anti-aging elements necessary to formulate an anti-aging product and contain 4 products (exfoliating wash, toner, shave gel, and moisturizer). Some ingredients include chamomile, cucumber, vitamins A, C and E, octinoxate, bilberry and sugar maple, almond, and sunflower. Research shows that 6 months continued use of the system will give a 68% decrease in deep density lines and wrinkles, however my husband saw results within a matter of a week or two. We both use and LOVE Arbonne. And, you can be sure that you're using a pure, safe, and beneficial product.
Arbonne has anti aging products for your entire body including a hydrating body wash, body serum, hydrating body lotion, and essential fatty acid dietary supplement, a concentrated blend of flaxseed oil, CoQ10 and beneficial elements to support younger-looking skin and good health ... from the inside, out ... and formulated in a vegetarian capsule. It's made of Flaxseed oil, vitamins A, C, E, Coenzyme Q10, alpha lipoic acid.
If you're open to trying a free sample, I'll be happy to send you one.

What does a serum do? and whats the difference between night cream?
i dont no what to get...... serum or night cream? is it nesecary to use one? im 30 years old.
Help........ thanksWhat does a serum do? and whats the difference between night cream?
Unless your skin is really dry or you have other problems, you probably don't need a serum. A serum is usually a liquid lotion that has a higher concentration of active ingrediants. Alot of serums are also used in ADDITION to creams (you apply the serum for the active ingrediants and then apply the cream or lotion on top to seal it in and provide the moisture). Because they contain more active ingrediants, they are also more expensive! What does a serum do? and whats the difference between night cream?
If ur talking about skin creams, the jar should tell u what the product is supposed to do for ur skin. I would guess it is a moisturizer or anti-wrinkle cream. Night cream usually does not contain sun-screen, of course, where as others for day wear do.
Read the ingredients on the jars or tubes. You should probably use a moisturizer unless u have oily skin. All face products have info on the package as to what it is intented for.
Okay, Syrum is just a fancy name for Cream. Their all the same thing. If you want to get rid of wrinkles i would suggest a homeopathic remedy, something safe, smells really good, and worls fast, the other ones don't tell you but they only fix the surface problems, and don't do anything to whaty's underneath it all.
I think a person should be proud of their skin, hair and appearance, after all, there's only one of you, You don't want to look just like everyone else, and if someone doesn't love you for you their not worth having around.
If you still want to do something about it Here's a recipe i know of several people that use, and it works wonders.
8 - 9 whole strawberries
3 tablespoons honey
Using a fork mash strawberries into a pulp, add honey. Mix. Don't over blend or it will be runny. Apply directly to the skin, let sit for a few minutes then rinse off.
Strawberries - The Romans prized wild strawberries for their medicinal properties. Ounce for ounce, strawberries have more Vitamin C than citrus fruit. According to the American Cancer Society, foods rich in Vitamin C may lower the risk of cancers of the gastrointestinal tract. Source: American Cancer Society
Honey is primarily composed of fructose, glucose and water. It also contains other sugars as well trace enzymes, minerals, vitamins and amino acids. Source: Honey Board
Also, a couple of movie stars and singers use Vaseline (Just the pure stuff) 2-3 times a day on their skin by rubbin git right in before they apply makeup.. It firms up the skin....
Usually though the people that worry about such things like their skin apearance, tautness, elasticity, are the ones that don't need it... The most beautiful....
Your beautiful one way or another, from inside, or out, and your your own self, unique, and all, so be who you feel you are. Not who everyone's image is. Be your special self.
Hope this helps, Take care hun.

Which face wash, night cream and face makeup are good to use on oily skin?
I like clinique's 3 step system.Which face wash, night cream and face makeup are good to use on oily skin?
If you have oily skin then using lots of products on it will only make the situation worse. I suffer with oily skin and I was told years ago that facial washes with detergents in them only make your sebacious glands produce more oil. A woman told me to get myself a small bottle of distilled water, and a small bottle of pure witch hazel and make up a mixrure of about 80% water and 20% witchhazel and keep it at room temperature. Just put some on cotton wool and use to clean your face morning and night. Almond oil is a great moisturiser for oily skin. You could buy all three ingredients for about 10 dollars in any pharmacy.
Oily skins don't need a night cream, don't bother buying one and for makeup mac studiofix stays on and is excellent for oily skin.Which face wash, night cream and face makeup are good to use on oily skin?
You will need an oil-balencing one..
these are usually found in acne-preventing washes, like Clean %26amp; Clear, but personally i find Neutrogina the best or Nivea Young oil balencing.
They are around 4:99, but they don't come with a makeup range.. It is uaully best to use powder and matte makeup on oily skin, as creams will slide off
xx
this is amazing set:

Anyone know of a good night cream for sensitive skin?
My skin use to really play up and i always seemed to have a spot, either one healing or one developing! Since I have been using Liz Earle products my skin has improved ten fold, i rarely get a breakout now even at time of month. They use organic ingrediants when they can and not too many chemicals. You can buy throught their website and they do not cost the earth, unlike major brands. The superskin concentrate oil is fantastic, i use it at bedtime.facial moisturizer

Getting older. What do you suggest for a night cream?
Well, I have to admit that I'm getting older and my current face cream isn't enough. I'm getting a lot of dry patches and summer hasn't even started! I need suggestions for a night face cream. Maybe I need to change my whole routine, but I have very oily skin and just use Neutragena to wash at night (no longer wear makeup).Getting older. What do you suggest for a night cream?
same problems lately. used to use very expensive products and it sounds wierd, started using ';burts bees' radiance day cream before make-up and always at night.pretty inexpensive and works better for my skin than anything else. made in durham,n.c.Getting older. What do you suggest for a night cream?
hmm not sure about the oily skin part but i use loreal advanced rivita lift night it works good. patches and spot go away quickly. i also use loreal revits lift after i was my face/ shower in the morning it has sunscreen and its not too greasy. oil of olay is very greaasy feeling good luck
The best products you can use that you WILL see the difference is Bee Luscious Cosmetics I suggest the papaya enzyme skincare routine with either the hydrating cream concentrate or the Oil Free Night Treatment. You will totally love it. This brand has been the single most incredible transformation in my life when I hit 40.

In cosmetics there's such day cream & night cream. How our skin knows if it is day or night?
it doesnt, thats not the point. day cream is light and has sun protection, your face wont look oily and is protected from the sun. night cream is heavier and feels a bit heavier and oilier, its really good for your skin but you dont want to look like that all day! also, your skin 'behaves' differently at night, ie, it does alot of cell renewing, so you need a different cream to maximise that effect. also in the day your more active and you sweat so you need something that will stop your pores cloggingIn cosmetics there's such day cream %26amp; night cream. How our skin knows if it is day or night?
It is not that our skin knows of any day and night but it is the temperature that makes our skin get used to In the day it is hot so the melanin in our skin increases and it grows dark so the cream has to be one that makes u fair and gives a bit moisturising and cleansing to it. But at night when all the oil comes out out of the skin a cream is required which makes our skin a bit dry so that it remains nice.In cosmetics there's such day cream %26amp; night cream. How our skin knows if it is day or night?
your skin doesn't know anything but your pores when your awake and your pores when your sleeping do different things I'm assuming.
I have always wanted to know the answer to that. I usually get day cream and use it at night too.
well when your body is resting then it's night.
when your super active and are outside and stuff its day.
Night cream is heavier than day cream and is usually more greasy .
It knows by the chemicals that are in the cream that helps you with what ever you bought that cream for.
i would't say that our skin actually knows when it's day or night, but the cream would just be used for the skin 24/7.
All the day cream %26amp; night cream in the market has their own function. The day cream is usually less oily and have either SPF or UV protection, it is to prevent from getting pigmentation. As for the night cream, usually are more richer is because the night time is the best for repair your skin while you sleep. The best time for repairing your skin is from 11pm to 2am.
LOL it doesn't. Night cream is often too thick and goopy to wear during the day, but it benefits your skin because when you're asleep, it won't wear off.
The night cream is richer and your skin knows because you're resting while you sleep. Unless of course you have a wild dream.

Will a small serving of ice cream at night help you burn calories while you sleep or is that a total myth?
Will it burn more calories than the ice cream has in it atleast? Will a small serving of ice cream at night help you burn calories while you sleep or is that a total myth?
I read the question and thought oh she's falling for a misconception, then I read your detail and realized you already knew the answer. If you eat anything before your sleep your metabolism obviously responds, but not enough to ensure that none of the calories are stored. In other words, no, it won't burn more calories than the icecream has in it.Will a small serving of ice cream at night help you burn calories while you sleep or is that a total myth?
Thats a myth especially since your metabolism isn't as fast at night as it is during the day. You would be better off eating it anytime before 7pm. Also any type of sugar rush will stimulate your body to store fat.
Myth, depending on whether your body needs the calories or not, it could store it as fat or use it for fuel. It's a balancing game.

I've been trying that all my life .. and I'm not skinny yet.

Why is it that people on the usa eat ice cream at night when they are depressed or feel bad?
Why is it that people on the usa eat ice cream at night when they are depressed or feel bad?
What causes usa people to eat very large amounts of ice cream?
They also seem to drink a lot of dr peeper and such kind of caffeinated beverages? Why is it that people on the usa eat ice cream at night when they are depressed or feel bad?
It's a ';comfort food.'; A comfort food can be more than just ice cream. It's a food that evokes a memory, a feeling, something that makes them feel good. Ice cream is often served at birthday parties, parents take the kids out for ice cream as a treat for ';being good';, little kids flock to the chiming of an ice cream truck in summer like moths to flame. So I think the ice cream in particular takes you back to your child hood and reminds us of a time we were innocent. Why is it that people on the usa eat ice cream at night when they are depressed or feel bad?

I guess it reminds us of how we felt when we were a kid and got ice cream!
Come to think of it, a Dr.Pepper WOULD be nice right now!!!!!!!!
We eat ice cream at all times of day, and for many reasons. Ice cream is a wonderfully tasty treat!
And many people eat ';comfort food'; to help their mood.
OMG im sitting in front of the computer right now drinking a Dr. pepper and eating icecream. FML.
but anyways... it tastes good?
Maybe because its good, and many people like eating when they are depressed
people in uk do it aswell
they do it with chocolate aswel
its like a comfort people
most people are dieting and when they are upset they just eat icecream or chocolate when they are upset its like a trat to make them feel better
i dunno how it makes them feel better
i usualy just av a cry nd be done with it to be honest
Nice generalizations.
People in the UK eat chocolate to excess and they drink tea (which is caffeinated) all hours of the day and night. Don't get me started on their extreme affection for vodka and Coke.
Ice cream is one of those foods that reminds people of their childhood when things seemed simpler, so it's a comfort food. When things go bad, people want comfort foods, and ice cream doesn't take time to make like mashed potatoes or pizza, for instance. :)
As to the caffeinated drinks, I don't really understand that myself. I suppose a lot of people are addicted to it, having drank it for years. It's the same thing as when people drink tea or coffee.

Night Cream?
When is the best time to use a night cream as in can I put it on after my shower when I get in from work or should I wait until just before I got to bed and in that case won't it just rub off onto the pillow?Night Cream?
yeah good point. i normally put it on like 25 mins before bed time. we should remove our makeup when we got home after work, so what should we use then? good question have a star.....Night Cream?
Cleanse face with cleansing milk to remove makeup then wash face with cliniquecleansing bar this removes all previous oils on skin giving a much brighter complexion.
tone then apply a very small amount of night cream20 mins before retiring giving it time to soak into skin.
I get off my make up before showering then splash cold water on my face to close the pores, then the night cream goes on. I don't know if I'm doing the right thing but my skin is okay.
olay cream...there is an overnight cream that i use day and night and works great doesnt rub off and way worth it
leaves your skin smooth and smelling good...honest
u should put it on 20-15 minutes before going 2 bed just enough not 2 rub off on the pillow BUT before going 2 bedfacial moisturizer

Night cream??
Some of the Beauty experts say that night creams should not be used as they interfere in the skin's regeneration process which takes place at night while v r sleeping. . .while some other beauty experts say that night creamz r necessary to use. . .So r they really necessary or is it just a marketing gimmick?. .sOo confused..pweez help:)Night cream??
Look at yor skin... what does it say? Try using , then not using, see how your own skin reacts. Go from there. And yes the is a lot of mrketing going on, do whats best for your skin, experiment. Keep it clean and moisturized.Night cream??
In fact at nights you must not use any cream as it does interfere in your skin regeneration process which usually takes place when you sleep. I follow this practice, I cannot say about others. If you really need something which would keep your skin soft, gentle and nourished even after you wake up, try 3 Step Skin Care System from zenmed which is a natural product with wondeful effects on the skin.

What will happen if you wear the day cream at night?
Let me tell you one thing, your skin can't tell the time, so it doesn't really matter! I use night gels throughout the day and nothing happens.
These products are not scientifically made for a certain time, they are not made to work at the time they are said to work, and do something terrible to your skin at a different time of the day/night.
It will not do anything harmful to your skin, But it won't work the same as one directed for that time you are using it.
The reasome they make day cream is to have suncream in it, and the reason they have night cream is because it's thicker and will be much easier if your using it while your sleeping. What will happen if you wear the day cream at night?
Nothing bad will happen.
Night creams are richer cause during the night the skin renews itself.
Day creams are lighter because you don't need a lot of moisture.
So, you'll end up with a more shiny skin during the day and a thirsty skin during the night! What will happen if you wear the day cream at night?
friend, i think night creams provide intensive care and repair the damage done to the skin during the day and due to pollution, etc. whereas day creams r more inclined towards sun protection, which is not required while u sleep.
nothing will happen, usually the only difference between day creams and night creams is that night creams are usually heaver.
Nothing different. It's night somewhere. What if someone worked at night and slept during the day!! It should be called sleep cream and awake cream.

friend, i think night creams provide intensive care and repair the damage done to the skin during the day and due to pollution, etc. whereas day creams r more inclined towards sun protection, which is not required while u sleep.
nothing will happen, usually the only difference between day creams and night creams is that night creams are usually heaver.
Nothing different. It's night somewhere. What if someone worked at night and slept during the day!! It should be called sleep cream and awake cream.

Worlds will not collide. The difference is this often day cream has a sunscreen in it. Night cream tends to be richer, thicker. Your make up may not set as well with the night cream.
No problem. Only not that effective then night cream.

If you are looking for home remedy to reduce wrinkles, try this.
Smear honey on your face and leave it for as long as possible (but 5-10mins a day will do). then rinse off with tepid water mixed with a teaspoon of cider vinegar - this has a neutral pH and will act as a toner.
And if you have some bucks, Lifecell anti wrinkle cream would be a good choice. You can have more information here.

Arbonne has a great skin care line!! Check out my profile for more info!!
You are still young for wrinkles to appear on your face. It doesn't matter whether you use a day or night cream, but use something which will suit your skin type and is natural. Something like zenmed.facial moisturizer

What kind of night cream do you use?
I need a good night cream that isn't too pricey. I was using Grassroots While You Were Sleeping lotion, but someone had bought it for me, and when I went to buy more, I was horrified that the tiny bottle cost $17!! I love the smell (lavender and vanilla) but I hate the price. What do YOU use? What kind of night cream do you use?
Olay! What kind of night cream do you use?
I use the Mary Kay ';miracle set';, which is kind of pricey to look at, but Mary Kay stuff is so concentrated that it takes very little to cover your entire face. I promise. Use the Mary Kay skin care system for 2 weeks and see how it works for you.
I use Johnsons Night Cream and then seal it in with Neutrogena Body Oil....

Night Cream?
Can anybody recommend a good night cream that is suitable for very sensitive skin that is moisturizing but totally oil-free?Night Cream?
Neutrogena is a little too strong for my sensitive skin. I would try Aveena products. If that doesn't work consider visiting a dermatologist.Night Cream?
have you tried water, my sister does and it works 4 her, but remenber all skin types are not d same.
the Aveeno products are great for sensitive skin...
nutregina..(anything) all oil free. i use it all the time :)
Dove. Anything Dove. Those products are SOOOO good for sensitive skin.
Try Nivea Cream but before use it wash your face with warm water.
It's not oil free, but it is a natural oil that helps your skin breath: Noxema, has eucalyptus oil. Really good for acne.
i know of one that i use, but i forgot the name, it clears my pores and it leaves a fresh feeling on my face, darn it
Clearasil Ultra-Daily face night cream
dip cotton ball in milk and apply on face, leave it on for 15-20 min wash off, u can also apply fresh malai(milk cream) for 15min before goin to bed, this nourishes n moisturises ur skin
since u have sensitive skin try using johnson baby cream, but first test it on then use it
use almond oil in the mornings its suitable for ur type of skin but buy a reputed one.., ur skin is very precious take good care of it.., good luck

I just bought the Olay Night Firming Cream, should I also use an Olay moisturizer?
I've been using the Aveeno moisturizer with spf 15 to even out skin tone for almost 2 years, it moisturizes my skin good but it didn't help even out my skin tone. So today, I bought the Olay Total Effects Night Firming Cream coz it might help with my uneven skin tone due to sun damage and it says it'll help minimize pores. And my question is, should I still use my Aveeno moisturizer in the morning or should I stop it and buy an Olay moisturizer instead?I just bought the Olay Night Firming Cream, should I also use an Olay moisturizer?
I have been using the Olay moisturizer for sensitive skin since i was 15, but Olay is a product that does contain more oil. i wouldn't over do it, or you might start to break out.
I would suggest washing your face with a light cleanser before bed, appling you night Olay cream. When you wake in the morning wash your face again with a light cleaner (dont over wash or again you will break out) and use only a small amount of whichever cream you want, it doesnt matter, but use less the a pea size amount!I just bought the Olay Night Firming Cream, should I also use an Olay moisturizer?
I use Olay Regenerist day and night moisturizer and an olay cleanser with micro beads. The cleanser is the best cosmetic product I ever bought. I am 62 and have a skin like porcelain, I get comments daily.

discontinue useI seem to have had an allergic reaction to Oil of Olay night cream. What should I do expect the obvious?
That's the best thing to do. The symptoms should go away soon. Perhaps increasing your fluid intake may help get rid of it from your system. An antihystamine should also help. Otherwise, just leave it be and it'll go away by itself as long as you don't use the night cream any more.I seem to have had an allergic reaction to Oil of Olay night cream. What should I do expect the obvious?
I got a reaction from using Oil of Olay Regeneris but I've been fine for years with their moisturizer. There may be certain ingredients in the various formulas that we have a sensitivity to. Report Abuse
Take benyadrl (sp) to help with the itching
exactly.
Yes, you should expect the obvious but you should also note what chemicals are in it because you should be wary for any cosmetics that contain it. If you begin to swell, you should take a Benadryl and you should be fine. Good luck!!!
Of course stop using it, but if you have a rash try applying hydrocortisone cream to the area, or take some benadryl if you have any itching.
Everyone is right. I have to be careful of ingredients. I am really allergic to any form of chemical sunscreen--which has several forms and names. I read everything because this ingredient is in shampoos, lotions, etc. I cannot use it. I would also look into the idea that you may have sensitive skin and be careful with all products. I would not use anything new until it is all cleared up. There are some really good aloe based products out there that help the skin. I would recommend finding something that way. Good luck.

Use one with antioxidants in it - vitamins A, C and E actually work to repair damage and prevent damage from environmental pollution. They have actually been proven to work by science.
Cheap night creams will only give you a bit of moisture, but if you want something effective try a good brand that contains antioxidants such as Dermalogica.facial moisturizer

Why do girls always seem to want sweets or ice cream at night?
Its a substitute for GOOD sexWhy do girls always seem to want sweets or ice cream at night?
I honestly think it has everything to do with the psychology aspect of it.
Girls are raised different than boys and the element of ';comfort food'; is a part of our girlie lives every day, not just in moments of crisis.
We have something comforting to us before bed, and we sleep better!
iROCKit should get the ten because she KNOWS we're all sweeter than guys and said so!

I am a girl, but I am like you. I almost never crave sweets. Sorry I can't help with your answer, just wanted you to know we aren't all the same.
cos we are wicked
Good question. I know I do!
I always crave ice cream or sweet tea and cookies before bed.....
and what? you dont?
You said 'girls' implying youth then you said 'at night' implying preparations for bed. My theory is it's a conditioned reflex in order to load their body's with energy foods preparing for what usually takes place shortly after getting into bed. I had noticed that I sometimes do this myself.
no idea, but i always do want something sweet an hour or two before bed!!!

Depends on how much you eat.
Ice cream is pretty much milk and milk is great to drink before a race. But Ice cream also has things that Milk doesn't. It will be risky. I could be helpful but I don't recommend it.
No effect whatsoever
I do not recommend it. It may cause an upset stomach and phlegm.
definitely not.
in fact i just finished a bowl of moose tracks
and i have a huge hill workout tomorrow morning
Probably not. Just dont eat too much.

What is a good, cheap anti age night cream that will not break me out?
Many, if not most, anti aging creams/products are skin harming, skin aging and can cause severe irritation, even acne and worse. Some have been pulled from market in France because of cancer causing concerns (confirm with a Google). So it's not cheap if you suffer the same. Anyway it's been proven over and over that anything you simply apply to skin is going to do very little, if anything at all.
This treatment, using only safe natural oils, really is a miracle worker as users on Answers will testify (can send glowing testimonials). In eye areas to avoid skin pulling or stressing you first have to tighten skin by tightening appropriate face muscles. That is done by partially opening mouth and tensing lower part of face. Crows feet: You massage up and down many times on the lines with front of first three fingers held together. Do it quite fast (for best results do 30 min or more daily - can do in two 15 min sessions)
Vertical frown lines between eye brows: Again first tighten skin then place palms together (as if praying) with index fingers up against the lines. Then move fingers up and down quite fast many times (same duration as for crows feet).
The massaging friction does the work. All will start to fade almost immediately and in 6 to 7 days you will see definite fading and even greater fading over time.
For lines/wrinkles in mouth area, under eye and on forehead see some of my other B.A's. Some include precise instructions on how to massage to tighten and rejuvenate skin and, more importantly, how to exercise face muscles. It's the aging/weakening of muscles that leads to sagging and then wrinkling and lines

What are the benefits of using a night cream then just your normal every day moisturiser?
When you sleep your skin renews it self so if you have a special night cream it will help to smooth out your skin, even out skin tone and help with wrinkles. A normal every day moisturizer will not do this. What are the benefits of using a night cream then just your normal every day moisturiser?

Mary Kay has a great night cream. It is $11. It's called extra emollient night cream. Or try Mary Kay's TimeWise night solution - this contains vitamins %26amp; antioxidents for your skin to help fade lines %26amp; wrinkles. It is $30.

Night cream is to repair your skin that ''damage'' caused during the day time (e.g. sun exposure...). You may choose to use it or not. I can suggest you L'oreal Night Cream, there are a few type of series (whitening, anti-aging and so on), choose the one that suit you and your skin type.
it's definitely not too early. but i like clinique dramatically different moisturizing lotion. i have dry skin too

Night cream is to repair your skin that ''damage'' caused during the day time (e.g. sun exposure...). You may choose to use it or not. I can suggest you L'oreal Night Cream, there are a few type of series (whitening, anti-aging and so on), choose the one that suit you and your skin type.
it's definitely not too early. but i like clinique dramatically different moisturizing lotion. i have dry skin too
PONDS
Brylcream. A little dab will do ya.
Should a night cream cause flaking?
I switched from Eucerin at night to a night cream from Neutrogena (sp?) and now I have spots (that I didn't have before) on my face and neck that are flaking pretty bad. Where as before I really just had dry skin with not a lot of flaking. Is the flaking a way of healing - and I should just exfoliate more or is it a bad thing? My face feels relatively mosturized - I just have these spots where it is flaking.Should a night cream cause flaking?
i would try exfoliating if you don't dry.
but if that seems to continue to make you flake more and more
i would stop and try another night cream.

Should I use Complete Night Fortifying Cream?
My skin is dry under my eyes and chin, but oily everywere else. I don't want to waste my money on something that will make my skin worse. Will this product make my blemish's go away and my skin softer?Should I use Complete Night Fortifying Cream?

No, it didn't work for me! ****, ice cream would work better than fortifying cream! That fortifying cream didn't work for me! I tried it, but it didn't work. So, I tried Proactiv, but that didn't work. Neither one of them worked. Isn't that sad? I know. OK.
Try using Alpha Hydrox 12% Glycolic, it's a face cream and you use it 2x a day. It will help with the unevenness of your skintone.

Ok to use anti-wrinkle firming night cream under eyes?
Garnier nutritioniste has an anti-wrinkle firming NIGHT cream which i was using under the eye until I bought the anti-wrinkle firming EYE cream. I liked the results I was getting by using the night cream under the eye instead of the eye cream.
Is the night cream safe for the delicate eye area especially after long term use?Ok to use anti-wrinkle firming night cream under eyes?
The problem with using a night cream or moisturizer on or around your eyes, is that your eyes may end up looking puffier. It's best to use a product specific for eyes during the day and at night. They are designed to treat the delicate skin around your eyes with the correct amount of moisture. Other products may provide too much moisture for that area, making your eyes appear puffier.Ok to use anti-wrinkle firming night cream under eyes?
If there are no warnings on the product container regarding use around the eye area then it should be ok. Sometimes they also include a telephone number to call for questions.
These types of creams are fine for long term use. They're meant for it. If it was only meant for a short time, it would say it on the box. I have been using the same wrinkle cream under my eyes for almost two years.

Welcome to ';modern medicine.'; You have destroyed about 3/4 of your immune system and now have what is called a ';doctor induced illness.'; Most likely you are also suffering from many other so called ';side effects'; of the antibiotics. Doctors have NO clue how to deal with acne because it is a result of nutritional deficiencies and they are not trained to deal with that. There only weapons are drugs that damage the body; simple as that.
Acne is a result of bacteria both inside and outside the body. To treat it topically without addressing the ';root cause'; is ludicrous and just BAD SCIENCE. Biofilms are polysaccharide sacs that form a protective coating that surround the bad guys in your body, particularly in your intestines. Antibiotics only cause the body to produce more macrophages that cannot get under the biofilms, allowing those bacteria to exist and thrive. The macrophages created by the antibiotics only kill the ';surface'; bacteria, including 3/4 of your immune system, your intestinal flora that are responsible for not only an immune system support, but producing things like your vitamin ';B's,'; and provide nutritional support to the large intestines by making butyric acid that is neccessary for good intestinal health.
If you want to truly get rid of the acne problem, you need to address your diet and take a few supplements that contain herbs and nutrients that destroy the biofilms. These changes will result in more permanent results and you will find that you will not become dependent upon them like you do with drugs that are so destructive and only give you ';MAKE BELIEVE HEALTH'; that doctors are so famous for these days. One proof of this information is that children that did NOT get breast fed have a much slower response because the intestinal flora that provides the good immune system in children come from the breast milk. If the mother was deficient in nutrients, this can also cause similar issues. If they follow typical doctors nutritional advise, this is very common, I'm sorry to say.
If you want a protocol for getting rid of the acne, just e-mail me and I will be glad to send it to you.
good luck

put a hot conpress on them to get rid of them fast, it'll bring it to the top of the skin and you can pop it, as for preventing them, there are various different creams and stuff, i use zipzit, and it works for me.
