Definitely Retin A Cream. You can obtain it through a doctor or buy on line. It's relatively inexpensive and very effective.

I agree with Retinoic acid. You can also use products with PLACENTA. It helps smoothen out existing wrinkles and prevent further wrinkle - formation.
