The most amazing flavour of ice cream i have ever seen is in my nearest local supermarket, there was Foie Gras ice cream. Haven't tasted it yet as it's really expensive. If i could invent a new flavour I'd like to try and make a chili pepper ice cream or something along the lines of chili concarni as i love those hot little red chili peppers, i don't know if it already exists somewhere but i kind of like the idea of a cool ice cream made with a hot ingredient like chili and wonder what it would taste like.In 'The Apprentice' last night they invented new flavours of ice cream. What new flavour would you invent?

By the way, Lavender IS edible and I do believe that I saw something on the Food Network once where some gourmet ice cream place actually has Lavender flavored ice cream.
