They usually come between 12 Noon time to 5-7 pm.

Well, it depends on your location. In my neighborhood, the latest it's ever come around was at 8:00 pm, but when I was visiting family in Texas, the ice cream truck came around at 10:00. I thought I was hearing things, but lo and behold, there it was. So, it all depends on the driver's schedule, really.
