What is a good spot cream that works over-night?

For spots that have only just come up and are still red and painful...





I'd prefer to buy it from shops such as Boots or Superdrug...basically shops in the UK.What is a good spot cream that works over-night?

I know this is not a cream but try toothpaste. It will stop the swelling over night. Yeah?, it sounds dafted but ive tried it and it works.

However if you have Acne , Oxy has by far the best creams, lotions
estee lauder acne fighting medication? its in a very small tealgreen bottle? it usually reduces size overnight.
toothpaste doesnt work overnight .didnt work for me.


but do go with the creams that the others are suggesting. i used clean and clear and its quite good.
