Pores on face, leave open at night or put cream on face which is better?

is it good to let your face breathe at night and not put anything on your face or can you cleanse your face and put some cream ..going to sleep with an oily face is bad or doesnt matter?Pores on face, leave open at night or put cream on face which is better?
Always wash and moisturise your face in the morning and at night. Also rinse your face with cold water after washing and this will tighten the pores so they are not so noticeable.Pores on face, leave open at night or put cream on face which is better?
leave them open at night let ur skin take in oxygen this will make u fairer
Use a night cream that contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids. These acids smooth roughness, clear congestion and soften fine lines by helping dead skin cells shed faster. Try Invigorating Night Firming Treatment, by Ole Henriksen.

Always cleanse before going to bed to clean away the excess oils from your pores.

Its only really necessary to give your skin air and reduce the amount of products your put on to your face when its around the time of your period, when oestrogen levels fall and androgen's increase, producing excess oil.

Look for oil free moisturisers with anti grease proteins and peptides to help keep your skin comfy without causing congestion.
It depends on your skin. Wash your face with a plain natural soap before you go to bed.

If you have oily skin, don't put anything on your skin so the oils can be released rather than block up in your pores. Use a little witch hazel on your nose and forehead to cut down on oil and kill bacteria associated with acne.

If you have normal skin, put just a touch of light vegetable oil on the areas that are prone to drying to feed the cells and help keep them lubricated for best functioning.

If you have dry skin, rub a touch of light vegetable oil on your skin to keep the cells from drying out and blocking your pores.

Avoid petro-products that leave a chemical residue on your skin. Your cells can't eat that so it just sits there, smothering your cells and reducing cell function.

Have a nice day.
